Stop waiting, start pursuing. No one else is going to accomplish your dreams, get up and go at it. Whatever it may be, make your mask your permanent face and start living in the light. You'll only be truly happy when you're authentic not only to others, however, yourself. Your passions will lead to success if you're allowing yourself to be free enough to pursue them as your true self. That's when it'll all be real. Whether your mask makes you a better/worse person, put it on and try it out. Then, fix whatever is wrong with what saw/heard in your mask. Try it.
